Benedictine University's College of Business Announces the Launch of the New Center for Values-Driven Leadership

The College of Business at Benedictine University announced today the launch of the Center for Values-Driven Leadership (CVDL). The Center’s purpose is to advance the understanding and practice of values-driven leadership for the benefit of business and society worldwide. Initiatives will include a Ph.D., executive education, and research programs focused on values-driven leadership and corporate sustainability.

Benedictine University President, William Carroll, explained that the vision of the CVDL is to be the world’s leading provider of values-driven leadership research and education tailored to senior-level executives. He said, “the world is calling for values-driven business leadership, and there’s no better place to study and develop it than at Benedictine University.”

Sandra Gill, Dean of the College of Business and Co-Founder of CVDL added, "our Center for Values-Driven Leadership is a global community built on the best in business - on the core values, courage, and commitments that produce better products and services, better bottom lines, better communities, and a healthier planet. We embrace this adventure, and welcome the challenge!"
